warm pear and taleggio salad

stewed fresh squid in spicy guazzetto
squid, potatoes, chicken stock, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, red pepper, parsley, scallion

spaghetti with fresh tomato sauce
20 ripe plum tomatoes, red pepper, butter, parmigiano-reggiano, basil, russo's fresh pasta

extra virgin olive oil cake with whipped meyer lemon cream
